Estimated production and shipping times are provided with your order confirmation. Actual times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than production errors or damage during shipping. If your product arrives damaged or does not match your approved preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a reprint or refund.
